We had a wonderful Portes Ouvertes at Chateau Unang yesterday! The sun shone hard and warm. The Sixties d’Aubignan brought at least 20 of their classic cars and lined up in front of the cave. Crowds of people, accompanied by Franck’s guitar playing, created a great atmosphere where delicious cheese was consumed in huge volumes, our latest wines were very much enjoyed, feted and loaded into cars.
It was a bit of a scrum at times, but a huge success – so many thanks to everyone that came and to everyone that helped. (Next event – four vineyards, 3 food trucks and a band here on the 16th June)
